CHANGES INTRODUCED TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE WORK SCHEDULE AND HOW DOCUMENTS WITH PARTICIPANTS AND CLIENTS OF THE KDPW CAPITAL GROUP ARE PROCESSED IN CONNECTION WITH THE VIRAL EPIDEMIC THREAT ANNOUNCED IN THE TERRITORY OF POLAND

Following the announcement of the threat of epidemic throughout the country, taking into account the interests of the safety of our employees and the employees of our participants and clients, and taking further into account the fact that a significant part of our business processes will be performed in the short term by our employees working from home using electronic means of communication, the KDPW Capital Group (KDPW Group) would kindly like to inform you that the following changes will be introduced from 17 March 2020 to the manner in which documents will be processed with participants and other clients of KDPW or KDPW_CCP:

1/ The KDPW Group Administrative Office, situated on the ground floor of the office building located at ul. Książęca 4 in Warsaw, will accept correspondence on business days between 9.00 and 14.00. For reasons of personal safety, please restrict personal contact when delivering documents to the Administrative Office.

For documents that do not need to be submitted in written form, please send these either in the form of electronic scans or emails sent to kdpw@kdpw.pl. This relates in particular to declarations concerning requests for access to issuer corporate actions IT applications. Please do not send these declarations in written form, only as scanned electronic documents. Declarations concerning requests for access to other KDPW Group IT applications should continue to be submitted in written form.

We would also kindly like to remind you that documents, which in accordance with the rules of KDPW Group companies should be submitted in written form, may also be delivered in the form of electronic scans secured with a valid electronic signature or signatures of authorised representatives of participants.

2/ Resolutions of the Management Board of GK KDPW companies and declarations of authorised representatives relating to participation in GK KDPW services, to registration of securities, to the exercise of corporate actions registered in KDPW, and other official documents normally conveyed to participants will not be sent to participants until further notice; information on KDPW or KDPW_CCP decisions in specific matters will be made available on an ongoing basis on the websites of the GK KDPW companies. Documents will be submitted in written form, or in electronic form validated by an electronic signature of GK KDPW company representatives on condition that the participant sends a request to kdpw@kdpw.pl, in the prescribed manner and within the set deadline.

3/ Replies to all enquiries sent to KDPW Group companies, on condition that they do not need to be submitted in written form, will be sent to email addresses of contact persons of participants or clients.
