KDPW Advisory Body

Pursuant to Article 46(5) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, the Advisory Body gives opinions on issues concerning the National Depository Management Board’s reports on the activity of the company, business plans and financial plans of the National Depository, reports on the operation of the compensation scheme, rules and other regulations issued by the National Depository on the basis of such rules. The Advisory Body comprises representatives of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, BondSpot S.A., the Chamber of Brokerage Houses, the Council of Custodian Banks at the Polish Bank Association, the Association of Exchange Issuers and representatives of foreign institutions.
