With a view to standardising the processes supported by KDPW in accordance with international standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the use of electronic formats enabling interoperability and direct processing, KDPW updates ISO 20022 messages annually to the version required by SWIFT.
In addition, ISO 20022 messages used in the process of identifying shareholders of non-public companies will be adapted to meet the requirements of evolving legal regulations.
Standards Release 2026:
Due to the change announced by SWIFT regarding the implementation schedule for Standards Release 2026 (SR 2026), the update of ISO 20022 messages in the area of general meetings to the latest version compliant with SWIFT Standard Release 2026 will be carried out on the new date in accordance with the timeline specified by SWIFT.
Tests: The test environment is scheduled to be opened and testing is scheduled to commence in January 2027.
Roll-out: June 14, 2027.
