With a view to standardising the processes supported by KDPW in accordance with international standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the use of electronic formats enabling interoperability and direct processing, KDPW updates ISO20022 messages annually to the version required by SWIFT.
Standard Release 2026:
In November 2026, ISO 20022 messages in the area of general meetings will be updated to the latest version compliant with SWIFT Standard Release 2026.
In addition, ISO 20022 messages used in the process of identifying shareholders of non-public companies will be adapted to the provisions of Article 328(13) of the Commercial Companies Code, as amended by the Act of 23 January 2026 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts.
Materials: Detailed materials concerning the planned changes to KDPW’s IT systems will be provided by the end of May 2026.
Tests: The test environment is scheduled to be opened and testing is scheduled to commence in September 2026.
Roll-out: The changes are scheduled to be rolled out on 14-15 November 2026.
