The Entrepreneurship Gala organised by the Foundation for Youth Entrepreneurship under the honorary patronage of the President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski took place at the Presidential Palace on 2 February 2011.
The Gala included the presentation of awards to the winners of the seventh edition of the Entrepreneurship Days and project partners: the most active schools, institutions and companies. The National Depository for Securities (KDPW) is one of the winners. KDPW has been awarded for its support for youth entrepreneurship in the project "Entrepreneurship Day 2010". It is an educational project aiming to prepare young people for an entry to the labour market and making an informed choice of the professional career. As part of this initiative, senior high school students can take part in one-day internships in companies of their choice who are project partners.
The National Depository actively supports the activity of the Foundation and other organisations which promote knowledge of economics among school and university students. KDPW has for years supported the Foundation by accepting student interns and participating in the “Produkcik” Competition.
