Changes that came into effect from:
Amendments to the Resolution on payments from transaction settlement and other operations performed by KDPW
and on clearing banks, which entered into force on 14 November 2025,
introduced by Resolution No. 1041/2025 of the KDPW Management Board of 30 October 2025,
relate to the descriptions in the tables presented in Parts II, III, IV and V of the Annex to the Resolution,
and are of a technical and orderly nature.
Amendments that came into effect on 8 September 2025, 
approved in Resolution No. 582/2025  of 27 June 2025.
 
The amendments are primarily related to the launch of the SORBNET3 payment system by the National Bank of Poland on 8 September 2025. 
Amendments that came into force on 8 May 2023 approved in Resolution no. 340/2023 of the KDPW Management Board of 24 April 2023.

Amendments to the Resolution of the KDPW Management Board concerning the execution of payments arising from the settlement of transactions and other operations performed by KDPW, and concerning clearing banks, consist only of replacing the word: "TARGET2" in § 1 subpara. 2 and in § 2 subpara. 2 of this Resolution with the word: "TARGET", which is related to the launch of the new TARGET system (Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer system) to replace the existing TARGET2 system.
