System availability
Messages sent via the SWIFT communication system are processed in KDPW’s internal system on business days between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Architecture
  • The communication layer is implemented based on SWIFT system solutions.
  • The use of SWIFT infrastructure in the exchange of data with the KDPW IT system makes it possible to use the existing supported infrastructure without having to expand it with mechanisms specific to KDPW communication solutions.
  • The confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of transmitted data is ensured by mechanisms used in the SWIFT network, based on recognised standards of cryptographic data exchange security.
  • The communication layer of the solution uses SWIFTNet services, which eliminates the need to maintain and service proprietary dedicated telecommunications connections.
